How to Update Huawei P9 EVA L09 EVA L19 to B398 Nougat 7 0 Firmware Europe

Hello Everyone ,

Huawei has recently updated its flagship
devices, the Huawei P9 [EVA-L09/EVA-L19]  to android 7.0 Nougat build number EVA-L09C432B398, adding 1 February 2018 Android security patches in the process.


The Update being OTA should hit your devices anytime now. In case you haven�t received it already, head over to Settings � About phone � System updates and check for the update manually.

Follow Our Guide Below to Download the Update and Install it Yourself.

The Update brings the following changes:

�Android 7.0 Oreo.
�The security of your device has been improved (February 1, 2018).
�Device stability improvements, bug fixes.
�New and / or enhanced features.
�Further improvements to performance.

� Prerequisites:

�This Tutorial is only for installing Android 7.0 Nougat February Security Patch on Huawei P9 [EVA-L09/EVA-L19] .Please do not try on any other Huawei P9 Variants.

�Your phone should have a Custom recovery installed in order to install this NanoROM ROM on your phone.

�We will be using TWRP Recovery for this tutorial.

�Make sure your phone is already running a C432 based European firmware.

First Download the update.zip and data package provided above and copy them to your phone�s internal memory or the SD card.

� 2- Turn your device off.Reboot into TWRP mode by holding Volume up + Power for a few seconds.

� 3- After taking a full backup, go to install and flash the update.zip package.



� 4- Next, install the data package in the same way.

� 5- Finally, wipe the cache & dalvik partitions and reboot your phone normally.

That�s it! Your Huawei Huawei P9 [EVA-L09/EVA-L19] now have Android 7.0 Nougat Firmware B398 installed! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.
